Unused, uninstalled E85 flex fuel conversion kits may be returned in original packaging with all labels in place. Important: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Your intent to return must be in writing, include a reason for return and sent to support@eflexfuel.com.The team at eFlexFuel will then issue a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please be advised – we are charging a $100 restocking fee.
Exchanges will begin by following eFlexFuel’s return policies. To begin, notify our support within 30 days of receiving your part. Please include your reason for return/exchange within the email and wait for your return authorization number (RMA). Unless a warranty issue, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please Note: We at eFlexFuel always verify the compatibility of the customer’s vehicle before shipping the product. If still for some reason you receive the wrong product we will replace it with a compatible one.

Our eFlexFuel team strives to ensure you get the correct part. The best way to find the correct product is to use our Year-Make-Model lookup tool at https://eflexfuel.com/us. If you can’t find your vehicle listed, please use the “Can’t Find My Vehicle” button and let us know your vehicle details. Our technical team will verify its compatibility with eFlexFuel products and E85 fuel and will let you know by email. In fact, we at eFlexFuel always verify the compatibility of the customer’s vehicle before shipping the product, so customers rarely receive the incorrect product
