We offer free ground shipping for all orders shipping to anywhere in the US and US territories.
We offer free ground shipping via DHL.
No, we currently don't offer rush shipping.
Orders received before noon EST are shipped within 48 hours of the purchase. Shipping takes place Monday-Friday and is closed on the weekends. Please note that some orders require extra processing time for various reasons.
We’re located in Ann Arbor, MI. Shipping time depends on where you are located, but eFlexFuel strives to process orders within 24 hours of purchase, and ships with free expedited shipping. Our products are shipped straight from the factory in Finland where they are manufactured and quality control is performed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your product ships, and shipping to the US takes about 2-4 days.
We will email you a tracking number when your package ships.
We will charge your card as soon as the order is placed. We do this to protect your credit card information; if it's charged at the time of order placement, we're not storing your payment info.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold out, we will notify you right away. We can work with you to either cancel the order or give you an expected restock time.

We hope this never happens, but we will apologize, send you a prepaid return label, and ship out the correct product ASAP.
We’ll get you a replacement ASAP provided that a) you inform us and DHL immediately and b) you keep the damaged box so we can get DHL to reimburse us.
As orders are processed very quickly, usually within 24 hours, making a change to your order cannot be guaranteed. We cannot make a change free of charge to orders that have already been shipped. Please call our Customer Support Team at 833-359-3835 if you need to change or cancel your order.

Refusing a shipment is not the ideal way to return an order. Instead, we recommend you accept the shipment and follow our typical Returns process if you've decided you no longer want the product. Contact our support> to start the process.
